Our Full and Fun Week :)

I'm usually dying to get out of the house because there's not much going on. However, this past week we were out of the house every day doing one thing or another, and it was lots of fun!

Monday: We went to Walmart as a family once Tyler got off work. (Not to far from home, but its still outta the house, lol.)

Tuesday: Lauren, the new nanny who replaced me and happens to be a good friend of mine now, texted me early Tuesday morning saying that she was really sick and could really use some help. So, Harper and I went over there so that she could go home and get better. I was a nanny again for a day, plus got a little preview of what three children would  be like. I slept GOOD that night. haha

Wednesday: I spent the morning with two lovely ladies from my college days, Carly and Ariel. I was great to catch up with them. :)

Thursday: Thankfully, Lauren was feeling better so Harper and I met her and the girls at Carl's for some ice cream and then we all hung out for the rest of the afternoon. :)

Friday: Harper and I had a lovely play date/mommy date with Ashley and Emerson! Then my sister, Harper and I went shopping for Harper's dedication dress.

Saturday: We spent the morning at home as a family. Then that evening we met Amy of Little Fredericksburg Photography at Alum Springs Park for Harper's 6 month photos! :) Harper is such a little model and truly loves the camera. She smiles on cue. I'm sure its because I can't help but take pictures of her all the time...she certainly has had plenty of practice. I can't wait to see the rest of the photo's!

Sunday: First we had church in the morning with Harper's first day of swim lessons directly following. After that we went to lunch with my parent's for Tyler's birthday. It all happened so fast! Harper did a great job being in the pool for the first time. She fussed a bit in the beginning and again during the part where they had to stand on a floaty but other than that she seemed pretty content! I do think we will have to figure something out so that she will be able to get a small nap in before we head over because I could tell she was tired.

So there's the play by play of our busy, busy week! Tomorrow is Tyler's birthday and it's supposed to be a rainy day, unfortunately, so we are planning on just staying put for the first time in a week and enjoying family time. <3
