*~31 Weeks~*

As this pregnancy gets closer to the end with each passing day, I can not thank God enough for blessing us with such an awesome gift! I am still amazed by the miracle of life and how God knits us together in the womb. As I learn more about how Harper grows week by week I am more overwhelmed with Gods creation and I am thankful to be going through such a wonderful journey.

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart;... "
Jeremiah 1:4

Size Harper is 3 + pounds and measuring 16-18 inches long! That's about the size of a coconut :) And she still has another 3-5 lbs to gain before the big D-day. Another thing that is developing fast is her brain connections. She is now processing information, tracking light, and perceiving signals from all five senses. And her sleeping patterns are becoming more and more defined.

Total weight gain/loss: I have gained a total of 21-22 pounds so far.

Maternity clothes: I am wearing a mixture of the two but my non maternity t-shirts are becoming belly shirts slowly but surely. I don't even notice it until Tyler looks over, giggles, and lets me know that my belly is hanging out. :) This is how I feel some times:
I seriously think of this scene when ever my mid-drift starts poking through.
Love me some F.R.I.E.N.D.S!
Gender: Girl, Harper Patrica <3

MovementShe is still very active! :) As she runs out of room in there, her kicks have become less crazy and its more like shes rolling and stretching. It can be pretty uncomfortable at times when she starts stretching into my ribs and lungs as well as into my hips. But it is so reassuring that she is growing bigger and stronger each week, so I will take the crazy acrobatics that she is practicing in there. Harper also happens to get the hiccups a lot! Sometimes two to three times a day. More reassuring proof that she is growing!

Sleep: I slept very well this past week, which has really helped my energy level. I did however wake up not feeling very well on Sunday and it was a mix of grumpiness and tummy aches. Just one of those days where I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, as they say. I am feeling much better now though and I have a feeling that hormones had a lot to do with what ever that was. Thank you Tyler for being so patient with me! :)

What I miss:  I can appreciate my wardrobe so much more now that I can't fit into any of it! I know that before I was pregnant I would, like most women, look at my closet (which is full of clothes) and feel like I had nothing to wear. Now I look at it and wish I could wear most of it! Does that make any sense? Basically, I miss just waking up and throwing on an outfit that worked with little thought to it. It feels like such a chore to find a cute outfit these days.

Cravings: Ice cream, raisinets, cherries, french fries

Symptoms: I had a pretty good week as far as how I was feeling, with the exception of Sundays grogginess.  I felt like my energy level was up a bit, which is good! I still get heartburn from time to time depending on what I eat. I am back to having to eat a lot of smaller meals through out the day in stead of three regular sized meals, since baby is taking up most of the room in my belly. It can get very uncomfortable if I eat too much in one sitting.

Best moment this week: I love having a project to work on and this past week/weekend I had a few that I got done! Thank you Pintrest for all the inspiration.
The more major project that Tyler and I took on, were the shelves in the living room. I have been thinking about building some shelves for a while now and I love how it turned out! I couldn't have done it with out my wonderful and strong hubby!

The next thing that I worked on was for Harper's nursery. I found this cute frame that matched the grey in her room and then worked with some scrape fabric that I had laying around plus used my embroidering hobby, and came up with this. :) Its a bit hard to read...It says: "Let her sleep for when she wakes she will move mountains."
